You have been using Members Portal for a few years now, how did you manage membership before that?

Membership has always been a manual process which was extremely time consuming and meant that records were always challenging to keep updated. We decided a number of years ago to try and have a “No Cash” policy which led us along the route of changing how we dealt with our membership process.

Tell us a bit about your experience of Members Portal

We got in touch with Members Portal following a recommendation from Lisnagarvey Hockey Club. Following an initial meeting, we decided it was the right choice for ourselves.

With the pandemic hitting us in 2020 we didn’t get to fully use Members Portal during that season but in 2021 it has been worth its weight in gold.

We have used the solution to register all our playing members, our junior coaching sessions, our summer scheme and club events. The feedback from our members has been extremely positive and as an admin for the portal, it has given us great information and data. We have also used the portal to send monthly newsletters and information to our members.
