Spectrum Connections NI is a youth charity for children with autism (ASD) and ADHD, and their families. It runs in-person programmes across Larne, Islandmagee, Whitehead and Carrickfergus in Northern Ireland. The charity is registered with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (NIC 110779).

What they do
- Family Group: fun for the whole family, one Saturday a month
- Junior Youth Club: for ages 6 to 11, every second Friday
- Senior Youth Club: for ages 11 to 17, on alternate Fridays
The programmes are run with the help of volunteers. Every volunteer completes an application and an AccessNI check, and gets a full induction.

How they use Members Portal
Membership is free, and families join online. The sign-up form is built around what the charity needs to know:
- An eligibility question: does the family have a child with an autism or ADHD diagnosis, or one going through diagnosis?
- Parent or guardian details
- Each child's details, with medical conditions and allergies
- A secure upload for proof of diagnosis or a referral
- Brothers and sisters registered too, so the whole family can take part
- GDPR consent
- Contact preferences: Facebook Messenger, email, post or text
- Photo and video consent for each child
Their website
The charity's website also runs on Members Portal. It sets out the programmes, an events calendar, how to volunteer and the charity's policies, and its "Register Now" button goes straight to the membership form.
